By booking a session, participating in an event or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Kundalini by Jaleessa

Kundalini by Jaleessa is a wellness and personal development business based in Phuket, Thailand, offering in-person and online services related to nervous system support, embodiment, energetic bodywork and personal growth.

Services may include:

  • Kundalini Bodywork sessions
  • Kundalini Activation ceremonies
  • Duo sessions
  • Group sessions
  • Coaching containers
  • Nervous system and embodiment work
  • Energetic and somatic practices
  • Workshops, retreats and online offerings

2. Nature of the Services

All services provided by Kundalini by Jaleessa are intended for:

  • personal growth
  • relaxation
  • nervous system support
  • embodiment
  • emotional wellbeing
  • self-development

The services offered are not a substitute for:

  • medical treatment
  • psychological treatment
  • psychiatric care
  • diagnosis or therapy by licensed healthcare professionals

No medical, psychological or therapeutic claims are made.

If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, you are advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

3. Participation & Personal Responsibility

By participating in any session, ceremony, event or program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary
  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing
  • You take responsibility for your own choices, actions and integration process
  • Results and experiences vary from person to person
  • No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed

You understand that sessions may involve:

  • physical sensations
  • emotional release
  • energetic experiences
  • movement or spontaneous body responses
  • shifts in awareness or emotional state

You agree to communicate any relevant medical, psychological or physical conditions prior to participation.

4. Contraindications

For safety reasons, Kundalini Bodywork and related practices may not be suitable for everyone.

Participation is currently not recommended for individuals with:

  • pregnancy
  • epilepsy
  • psychosis
  • schizophrenia
  • severe psychiatric conditions
  • certain neurological conditions

If you are unsure whether participation is appropriate for you, please contact Kundalini by Jaleessa before booking.

Kundalini by Jaleessa reserves the right to refuse participation when deemed necessary for safety reasons.

5. Bookings & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR and/or THB.

Payment is required before the session, ceremony or program unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe.

Kundalini by Jaleessa is not responsible for errors, interruptions or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Private Sessions

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests:

  • within 48 hours before the session, the payment is non-refundable
  • failure to attend a booked session (“no-show”) is non-refundable

Group Ceremonies, Events & Workshops

Tickets for group sessions, ceremonies, workshops or events are generally non-refundable.

In some cases, transfers to another date may be offered at the discretion of Kundalini by Jaleessa.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional and verifiable circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Kundalini by Jaleessa.

Cancellation by Kundalini by Jaleessa

If a session or event must be cancelled or rescheduled by Kundalini by Jaleessa, participants will be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, or
  • a refund where appropriate

7. Liability

By participating in services offered by Kundalini by Jaleessa, you acknowledge that you do so at your own responsibility.

Kundalini by Jaleessa is not liable for:

  • physical injury
  • emotional distress
  • psychological reactions
  • loss or damages
  • indirect or consequential damages

arising during or after participation, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

You remain personally responsible for your own health, decisions and wellbeing at all times.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information shared during sessions, bookings or communication will be treated confidentially and handled with care.

Information may be used for:

  • bookings and scheduling
  • communication
  • customer support
  • invoicing and administration
  • newsletters or updates (only when consent is given)

Personal data will never be sold to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, images, videos, graphics and materials belonging to Kundalini by Jaleessa are protected by intellectual property rights.
