What is Kundalini Bodywork?
Kundalini Bodywork is a body-based and energetic practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, embodiment and personal growth.
During a session, music, touch, body awareness and energy transmission are used to invite the body into a deeper state of openness and connection.
Every experience is unique and can range from deep relaxation to emotional release, physical sensations, insights or a feeling of expanded awareness.
Do I need experience with Kundalini or spirituality?
Not at all.
Many people join without any prior experience with Kundalini, energy work or spiritual practices.
You do not need to “believe” in anything for the work to be experienced. The sessions are designed to be accessible, grounded and beginner friendly.
What can Kundalini Bodywork help with?

Experiences and results differ from person to person.
What happens during a session?
You will usually be lying down on a mat while music is playing.
Sessions may include:
- guided grounding
- breath and body awareness
- touch or bodywork
- energetic transmission
- nervous system support
Some people experience movement, emotions, tingling sensations, deep relaxation or moments of stillness. Others may have a very subtle experience.
There is no “right” way to experience a session.
Why do some people move a lot during sessions while others stay still?
Every nervous system and body responds differently.
Some people naturally express energy and emotions more physically, while others experience the process more internally or subtly.
Neither experience is “better” or “more advanced.” The body responds in its own intelligent way.
Is this safe?
The sessions are designed to be grounded, trauma-aware and supportive of the nervous system.
However, Kundalini Bodywork may not be suitable for everyone.
Sessions are currently not recommended for people with:
- pregnancy
- epilepsy
- psychosis
- schizophrenia
- severe psychiatric conditions

Is this a form of therapy or medical treatment?
No.
These sessions are intended for personal growth, embodiment and nervous system support and are not a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely.
Light-colored or soft comfortable clothing is recommended.
How should I prepare for a session?
It is recommended to:
- avoid alcohol or recreational drugs beforehand
- eat lightly before the session
- stay hydrated
- give yourself space to rest and integrate afterwards
Coming with an open mind and without expectations is often most supportive.
How often should I do sessions?
This depends on the individual.
Some people benefit from occasional sessions, while others prefer a more consistent process over time.
Integration is an important part of the work, so allowing time between sessions is often recommended.
Can I book private sessions?
Yes.
Private 1:1 sessions, duo sessions and small group ceremonies are available in Phuket, Thailand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Private sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Group ceremonies, workshops and events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
