This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, sessions, ceremonies, workshops and services offered by Kundalini by Jaleessa.

By booking a service, you agree to the following policy.

1. Private Sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made:

• within 48 hours before the appointment, payments are non-refundable
• in case of a no-show, payments are non-refundable

2. Duo Sessions

Duo sessions follow the same cancellation policy as private sessions.

Because space and preparation are reserved specifically for participants, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Group Ceremonies, Workshops & Events

Tickets for group ceremonies, workshops and events are generally non-refundable.

In certain situations, transfers to another date may be offered at the discretion of Kundalini by Jaleessa.

If an event is cancelled by Kundalini by Jaleessa, participants will be offered:

• a refund, or
• the option to transfer their ticket to another date

4. Packages & Multi-Session Offers

Packages and multi-session offers are non-refundable once started.

Unused sessions may expire according to the agreement made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional and verifiable circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Kundalini by Jaleessa.

6. Payment Processing

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Payments processed through third-party providers such as Stripe may be subject to their processing timelines and policies.
